Sean Peterson is an associate attorney at Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner. Sean’s practice encompasses a broad range of areas, with a primary focus on criminal defense, business law, and general civil litigation. Having served as a former prosecutor in Ravalli County, he brings a wealth of courtroom and trial experience, along with extensive resources available to clients as needed.
Sean has successfully handled numerous jury trials and an even greater number of bench trials for the State. He aims to leverage this experience to further expand his practice and provide his clients with the highest level of representation.
Before joining Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, Sean gained valuable experience as an intern at the Missoula County Attorney’s Office, as well as with three nonprofit organizations focused on environmental, civil rights, and constitutional law issues. Sean also served as a Deputy Ravalli County Attorney for two years, handling the prosecution of misdemeanors, felony violent crimes, and DUIs. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Sean worked in the restaurant industry for ten years while completing his high school education, undergraduate degree, and law school.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
When he’s not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his fiancé, two cats, and dog. He also stays active by running, enjoys cooking, baking, and cheering on his favorite football team.
